About Andrew Hughes

Andrew’s 30 year career began as a cabinet-maker apprentice for a large building company. He then moved on to crafting luxury interior fit-outs for Superyachts in Fremantle, Sydney and abroad.

Inspired by a desire to reduce our ecological footprint, a deep passion for energy efficient homes and sustainable living emerged.

Owner-building our first family home honed drafting and carpentry skills. This experience led to opportunities with local builders to construct, supervise, and fit out numerous homes in the scenic region of Denmark, Western Australia. Including Hempcrete, straw bale and rammed earth homes.

For several years, focus has been on design, drafting, and consultation, specialising in small, comfortable new homes and renovations.
